About The Position

Pride Health is looking for an Interface Integration Analyst to support a client’s medical facility. This is a 100% remote position with a contract length of 11+ months. The Epic Interface Analyst / Integration Consultant will lead the configuration and support of new and existing interfaces for Epic applications and ancillary systems. This role is responsible for troubleshooting interface issues, supporting integration architecture, maintaining complex interface environments, and collaborating with operational and technical teams to ensure seamless workflow integration. The ideal candidate will possess strong Epic Bridges and Cloverleaf experience, healthcare integration expertise, and the ability to support enterprise-level Epic environments.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of applicable work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of recent healthcare industry experience.
• Experience with: Epic Bridges, Cloverleaf Interface Engine, HL7, XML, ANSI X12, SDLC methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of software engineering principles including design, build, testing, debugging, and technical support.
• Experience with at least two major system implementations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology.
• Epic Tapestry Utilization Management and/or Case Management
• Epic Tapestry Appeals & Grievances
• Epic Tapestry Membership/Eligibility & Enrollment Administration
• Epic Tapestry Provider Management and/or Provider/Vendor Contracts
• Epic Tapestry Core
• Current Epic Bridges Certification (Certification may be obtained within 6 months of hire if not currently certified.)
• Cloverleaf Interface Engine Certification (Version 20.1 or higher) (Certification may be obtained within 6 months of hire if not currently certified.)
• Epic Tapestry Management Utilization & Enrollment Certification
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field OR Additional 5 years of full-time healthcare integration/application development experience in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration efforts for new interfaces and enhancements to existing interfaces.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide efficient interface/application solutions using: Epic Bridges, Cloverleaf Interface Engine.
• Monitor and maintain complex interface environments for optimal system performance.
• Collaborate with Application Analysts, operational teams, vendors, and IT groups to identify workflow impacts and integration solutions.
• Facilitate workflow and dataflow sessions while managing resulting requirement changes.
• Support interface production issues through triage, diagnosis, and resolution activities.
• Perform maintenance requests, testing activities, and ongoing technical support.
• Assist with integration architecture planning and coordination across IT teams.
• Provide occasional end-user training for Epic Bridges tools.
• Mentor and provide leadership to junior Interface Analysts when required.
• Contribute to project estimation, resource planning, and SOW efforts.
