About The Position

The Intercompany Order (ICO) Planner supports the execution of inbound material flows for production, service, and customer requirements within the SF EUV Planning & Logistics department. This role focuses on execution-level coordination, issue management, and data-driven support to ensure timely material availability. The ICO Planner works within a defined scope to manage inbound logistics activities, escalate risks, and support cross-functional alignment to maintain production continuity. The ICO Planner is an important contributor to operational stability, supporting daily logistics execution while developing expertise in planning, escalation management, and supply chain systems.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or production support roles
  • Basic knowledge of MRP, supply-demand concepts, or logistics execution processes
  • Experience with SAP or ERP systems preferred
  • Experience in manufacturing or high-volume operational environments is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to execute tasks accurately
  • Structured and organized approach to managing multiple priorities
  • Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate across teams
  • Proactive mindset with willingness to escalate issues appropriately
  • Ability to learn quickly and apply logistics and planning concepts in a dynamic environment
  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work.
  • Business demands may require the Company to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Equivalent experience in logistics or production environments also considered

Responsibilities

  • Support planning and execution of inbound material flows (ICO orders) within assigned scope
  • Monitor inbound deliveries and ensure alignment with production and service requirements
  • Execute logistics transactions in SAP and related systems to support inbound material flow
  • Track inbound shipments and follow up on delays, discrepancies, or missing materials
  • Act as a first point of contact for inbound logistics issues within defined scope
  • Identify and escalate risks such as material shortages, delays, or quality holds
  • Support resolution of logistics issues by coordinating with Planning, Warehouse, and Manufacturing teams
  • Provide clear and timely updates on status, risks, and required actions
  • Work closely with Production Planning, Material Planning, and Material Handling teams to support daily execution
  • Coordinate with warehouse and receiving teams to ensure timely material availability at point-of-use
  • Communicate with suppliers and logistics providers to gather shipment updates and resolve basic issues
  • Support alignment with global CSCM teams when required
  • Monitor inbound performance metrics (e.g., delivery status, backlog, material availability)
  • Support reporting activities, including KPI tracking and data updates (inventory, OTD, past due orders)
  • Analyze basic data trends to identify potential material risks or bottlenecks
  • Assist in maintaining dashboards and reporting tools
  • Investigate and resolve basic transactional errors in SAP and logistics systems
  • Follow established logistics processes and procedures to ensure execution discipline
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to inbound flow and execution efficiency
  • Assist with NPI readiness activities to ensure inbound material alignment
