Requirements

  • Previous cash handling experience
  • Desire to provide outstanding member service
  • Ability to discuss our products and services
  • Self-motivate
  • Good communication skills
  • Dependable (arrive to work on time as scheduled)

Responsibilities

  • Accurately process teller transactions
  • Efficiently and accurately record information
  • Research and resolve member concerns
  • Cross-sell credit union products and services
  • Efficiently utilize the software system provided to perform member transactions
  • You will gain through knowledge of negotiable instruments including cash and checks
