ASRC NetCentric is seeking an Interaction Designer/User Researcher/Usability Tester to support a DHS program. The DHS Program will provide professional services to support application analysis, architectural design, engineering, development, maintenance, and support. Work includes implementation of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Flow, and Power Business Intelligent (BI)), SharePoint, Office 365, Azure products and Services, Dataverse, Drupal, Confluence, Jira, and ServiceNow. We will provide a team experienced with design, agile software development, project management, technical architecture, engineering and design, continuous integration and delivery, integration, testing, configuration management, ongoing operations and maintenance, and cloud migration. The Interaction Designer/User Researcher/Usability Tester conducts user research, persona development, IA/interaction design, and usability testing to improve UX and adoption; collaborates with designers/developers; ensures DHS branding and accessibility. The Interaction Designer / User Researcher / Usability Tester is part of a highly collaborative, multi-disciplinary team focused on improving usability, user experience, and driving user adoption and engagement. They are responsible for conducting user research, analysis & synthesis, persona development, interaction design, and usability testing to create products that delight our customers.
