About The Position

Avis Budget Group is hiring an Inter City Fleet Driver/Transporter to move rental vehicles between locations, including rental sites, maintenance facilities, and other designated lots, according to operational needs. The role supports fleet operations by transporting vehicles safely and efficiently so they are available where customer demand requires them. Drivers follow established driving standards and safety procedures, helping maintain vehicle availability and deliver a positive customer experience. This is an on-site position and cannot be performed remotely.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Flexibility to work all shifts.
• Comfort driving a variety of vehicles in all weather conditions.
• Able to frequently enter and exit vehicles, sit for extended periods, get up and down from a seated position, and remain active throughout the shift.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Regular on-site presence is required; the position cannot be performed remotely.

Responsibilities

• Drive rental vehicles between rental locations, maintenance facilities, and other designated lots based on operational needs.
• Transport vehicles safely and efficiently to support fleet operations and customer demand.
• Follow established driving standards and safety procedures.
