The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Coordinator/Supervisor coordinates daily program activities and supervises IOP staff to ensure participants receive effective, person-centered, trauma-informed, and recovery-oriented care. This position plays a key role in supporting program operations, fostering a collaborative treatment environment, and ensuring services are delivered in accordance with agency and regulatory requirements. In addition to oversight responsibilities, the IOP Coordinator/Supervisor maintains an active clinical role by conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing individual and group counseling services for adults experiencing substance use disorders. Working closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, this position helps participants build skills, achieve recovery goals, and maintain engagement in treatment.
