We’re seeking a compassionate and dedicated Intensive In-Home (IIH) Qualified Professional to support youth and families through community-based mental health services in Wake County, NC. Your Role in Our Mission As an Intensive In-Home Qualified Professional, your work will focus on building family stability, reducing crisis situations, and connecting youth and caregivers to meaningful community resources. Working alongside a licensed clinician using the Eco-Systemic Structural Family Therapy model, you will provide in-home interventions, coordinate care, engage schools and community partners, and participate in crisis response rotation one week at a time. Services are primarily delivered between 3:00 PM and 7:30 PM across Wake County. This role includes travel of up to one hour from the clinical office, with mileage fully reimbursed.
