Who We’re Looking For We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional who is ready to make an immediate and meaningful impact for the individuals and families we serve. This role is central to direct service delivery within our Intensive In-Home Services (IIH) program and plays a critical part in strengthening families, improving quality of life, and building strong connections to community-based supports. What You Will Do As an Intensive In-Home Services Qualified/Associate Professional, you will join an established treatment team under the supervision of the IIH Team Lead, supporting families who are actively engaged in services. Your work will focus on strengthening family functioning, reducing behavioral and emotional symptoms, and helping members remain safely supported within their homes and communities. In this clinical role, you will deliver therapeutic interventions and skill-building activities that are responsive to current family needs and treatment goals. You will maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with all regulatory and program requirements. Through collaboration on the Person-Centered Plan, you will support members across the continuum of care, ensuring services are coordinated, effective, and family-centered. You will work with a high level of autonomy while remaining closely connected to your team and Team Lead. This includes active collaboration with community partners, coordination with behavioral health resources, and providing clinically appropriate crisis support as situations arise. You will also develop and implement targeted interventions and psychoeducational supports that promote stability, independence, and measurable progress for members and their families.
