The MST Therapist will provide direct clinical treatment using methods compatible with Multisystemic Therapy (MST) principles and practices to youth and families through a homebased model of service delivery. This role involves implementing interventions within or between systems in the youth’s natural ecology that affect or influence the behavior of the youth, such as family, peers, school, and neighborhood. The therapist will conduct MST assessments, maintain a caseload of 4-6 families, and engage primary caregiver(s) and other key participants in active change-oriented treatment by identifying and overcoming barriers to engagement. Services are provided in a person-centered, trauma-informed manner.
