We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated Intensive Case Manager who demonstrates our values of compassion, accountability, responsiveness and empowerment; to our clients, families and each other. Reporting to the Manager of Halton Housing Services, this position will assist in providing intake support and carrying out day-to-day administrative services. Wesley Halton Housing offers services to the homeless in Halton Region, supporting homeless families and individuals in a transitional program on-site. Services are based on a client-centered, residential harm reduction, housing first approach to service delivery. This is a unionized, full-time, temporary four-month contract position (Ending 30 September 2026). The pay rate is $24.38/ hour.
