About The Position
Immediate opening for a current ICU Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract assignment requiring on-call coverage and floating availability. This role requires a currently practicing ICU Nurse with BLS and ACLS certifications. The nurse must be willing to float to Med-Surg as needed and have Meditech 6.0 experience preferred. The position includes mandatory on-call participation, with shifts up to 24 hours, and supplemental call requirements. Requested Time Off (RTO) is restricted to a maximum of 3 days for the entire 13-week contract. The contract has a 3-day cancellation clause.
Requirements
- Currently practicing ICU Nurse.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Willingness to float to Med-Surg as needed.
- Meditech 6.0 experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide intensive care to patients in the Coronary Care Unit (ICU).
- Participate in mandatory on-call coverage, including shifts up to 24 hours.
- Float to Med-Surg units as needed.
- Utilize EMR systems, with Meditech 6.0 experience preferred.
