Requirements
- Strong background of HVAC systems, controls and data analytics
- Energy and utility knowledge preferable
- Ability to clearly communicate and develop relationships with clients and internal team members
- Motivation to succeed while taking initiative to help solve problems
- Organized, able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work on several diverse teams
- Can work independently and on a team effectively
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, or equivalent from four-year college or university preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong familiarity with the operation of energy management systems, building automation systems, HVAC Systems and/or temperature controls required.
- Experience in effectively understanding and manipulation of technical information and responding to questions from fellow team members or customers.
- Experience collecting data, analyzing and presenting data in a clear and accurate manor.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations included, but not limited to: DUI, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless/Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for analyzing building and energy data to identify meaningful outcomes.
- Account Engineer creates consultative documentation to provide to the customer.
- Responsible to lead quarterly or semiannual Technical Strategy Review meetings for each Connected Service Agreement customer.
- Utilizes energy conservation measures to help optimize building operations and drive sustainability projects.
- Fulfill Digital Services contract obligations effectively, efficiently and within safety standards.
- Gather and validate preliminary information and perform facility walkthrough, construction plan review or other requirements.
- Collaborates with account managers and field technicians to assist in growing sales for Service Agreements, Service Quoted, Turnkey, and Controls sales.
- Will plan and schedule work as needed with the Project Administrator service team.
