About The Position

Graham Technologies (GTECH) seeks an Intelligence Watch Officer to join our innovative and expanding team. As an Intelligence Watch Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting 24x7 Intelligence Operations Center (IOC) activities, providing critical intelligence information, and ensuring the IOC's efficient operation. This position requires a high level of expertise in intelligence operations, document control, and communication with senior officials.

Requirements

  • Active DOE Q and SCI or DOD TS/SCI.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field or eight years of relevant experience can be used in lieu of a degree.
  • Four years of experience required, with one year of prior intelligence watch.
  • Excellent program management, business, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, conflict resolution techniques, and the ability to effectively brief various IC officials and senior officials daily.
  • Experience with all-source information, including HUMINT, SIGINT, IMINT, Open Source, and ELINT.
  • Knowledge of the Intelligence Community and specialized knowledge of U.S. Intelligence Community capabilities and operations.
  • Skills in intelligence research, analysis, and production.
  • Familiarity with intelligence and national security communications systems.

Responsibilities

  • Provide round-the-clock support as deemed appropriate by the Government.
  • Provide current intelligence information to IN leadership via notification reports, situation reports, and preparation of read books and National Security Council (NSC) books.
  • Brief IN senior officials and, as authorized, customer principals on current intelligence issues and late-breaking developments.
  • Receive, transmit, control, and distribute critical documents for senior leadership.
  • Ensure all documents entering or exiting the IOC are properly logged, digitized, and stored.
  • Maintain a document storage plan, including the short and long-term housing of physical records and digital information.
  • Execute retention policies on the disposal of documents no longer required for operational reasons.
  • Operate intelligence and national security information systems, serving as the Department's link with the U.S. Intelligence Community for time-sensitive activities.
  • Assist senior customer officials during international travel.
  • Develop processes and carry out procedures for maintaining Intelligence Operations Center equipment or documentation.
  • Update emergency deployment kits and departmental emergency phone lists.
  • Conduct research and analysis of complex operational issues and distribute information from intelligence, operations, and open sources.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and focused delivery of briefings, read-books, papers, responses to questions, coordination of articles, desk notes, information papers, and slides.
  • Print, distribute, and review read books, maintaining a high standard of accuracy and proper writing style.
  • Perform various administrative and operational tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the IOC.
  • Support special projects and additional tasks in response to emergent needs.
  • Perform duties of the Executive Secretariat during non-business hours as required.
