About The Position

The client needs an expert to build and sustain the training frameworks that enable crews to be mission ready. As an Intelligence Training Specialist, you’ll shape the unit’s training enterprise, developing curriculum, qualification pathways, and timeline recommendations aligned to Space Force Instruction (SFI) 13‑105 and evolving guidance. You’ll manage training records and Space Force readiness‑aligned schedules for multiple operators, ensuring full compliance with government standards and complete visibility into crew readiness. Your work will directly inform leadership decisions and ensure the squadron remains combat mission ready. You’ll interface regularly with the Space Force and other mission partners to define training standards, update qualification timelines, and incorporate new tools or decision support systems into CHAMP. You’ll explore new approaches to integrate emerging system updates into training and support exercise planning with readiness and qualification inputs. Requirements

  • Experience overseeing training schedules, qualification processes, and training documentation
  • Ability to coordinate across the Space Force and with stakeholders on readiness standards and training timelines
  • Ability to develop and maintain training records in virtual training database systems such as CHAMP
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
  • Bachelor’s degree in a Business, Education, or Management field and 5+ years of experience with Air Force or Space Force training administration, or 9+ years of experience with Air Force or Space Force training administration in lieu of a degree

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting Space Force readiness assessments or readiness‑aligned training plans
  • Experience with decision support tools from government agencies
  • Experience briefing leadership or representing training operations in multi‑agency working groups
  • Experience with U.S. Space Force training and evaluation standards, including documentation compliance requirements
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
