About The Position

Cambridge International Systems, Inc. is seeking Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Tactical Controllers (ITCs) to support operations in El Paso, TX. This position is contingent on contract award, with an expected start date in September 2026. This is a full-time, CONUS position requiring an active DoD TS/SCI Level clearance. As an ISR Tactical Controller, you will work at the operational center of ISR integration, dynamically directing multi-domain ISR assets, synchronizing intelligence collection, and supporting real-world operations in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment. This role emphasizes operational ISR Tactical Control rather than PED or imagery exploitation and falls under Intelligence Analyst within our compensation framework.

Requirements

  • Must be proficient in using different technologies such as computers and other tools and systems pertinent to the position.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered where applicable.
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience serving as an ISR Tactical Controller or in an equivalent operational ISR management role supporting military operations.
  • Experience supporting dynamic ISR collection management, cross-cueing, and sensor tasking.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in support of 24/7 operations.
  • Must have a current and active DoD Top Secret/SCI security clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Graduate of an ISR Tactical Controller certification or qualification course within last 5 years preferred.
  • Previous experience supporting USSOCOM, USNORTHCOM, Joint Task Forces, Special Mission Units (SMUs), or Joint Interagency organizations.
  • Experience coordinating multi-domain ISR operations involving airborne, maritime, and ground collection platforms.
  • Familiarity with intelligence collection management, ISR synchronization, and operational planning processes.
  • Experience briefing senior military leadership on ISR operations, collection strategies, and operational recommendations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to operate effectively in high-tempo operational environments.
  • Must have an active passport to support OCONUS travel and/or living requirements

Responsibilities

  • Dynamically task, control, and optimize multi-domain ISR assets to maintain persistent situational awareness across complex operational environments.
  • Execute dynamic re-tasking and cross-cueing of airborne, ground, and maritime ISR sensors in response to emerging Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIRs) and time-sensitive operational requirements.
  • Coordinate ISR collection activities to maximize sensor effectiveness and mission coverage.
  • Monitor ongoing ISR operations and adjust collection strategies to support evolving operational priorities.
  • Collaborate with intelligence analysts, operations personnel, targeting specialists, and command leadership to synchronize ISR support across multiple mission sets.
  • Support daily Joint Operations Center activities by developing operational summaries, storyboards, imagery products, and video captures.
  • Analyze operational information and ISR collection results to provide timely recommendations to decision-makers.
  • Present operational findings, collection recommendations, and courses of action to senior military leadership through formal briefings and collaborative planning sessions.
  • Maintain operational awareness across multiple classified systems and ensure accurate dissemination of mission-critical information.
  • Support the development and execution of collection strategies aligned with commander priorities and operational objectives.
  • Operate within a 24/7 Joint Operations Center environment while maintaining effective coordination across multiple organizations.
  • Perform additional mission-related duties as required in support of evolving operational requirements.
  • Research, gathers, and analyzes information from all intelligence disciplines to determine potential threats and possible courses of action.
  • Implements and disseminates strategic and tactical intelligence.
  • Determines priority and reliability of incoming information.
  • Identifies gaps in current intelligence gathered and prioritizes subsequent collection requirements.
  • Receives and processes incoming reports and other messages.
  • Integrates incoming information with current intelligence data.
  • Establishes and manages intelligence products.
  • Creates and manages systematic intelligence records and files.
  • Develop briefings, documents, presentations, and reports for clients.
  • May investigate and implement new applications of intelligence data.
  • May assess the feasibility of proposed solutions and recommend plans accordingly.
