About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Intelligence Management Specialist to join our team at Nellis Air Force Base (AFB), supporting the 363rd ISR Wing (363 ISRW). This position requires expertise in conducting target development and operational planning. The Intelligence Management Specialist will play a critical role in mission support management, intelligence planning, and operational coordination to ensure the success of 363 ISRW operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 9 years experience without a degree, or 7 years with an AS/AA, or 5 years with a BS/BA, or 3 years with an MS/MA, or 0 years with a PhD.
  • Proficiency in mission support management, intelligence planning, and operational-level intelligence coordination.
  • Proficiency in target development, ISR analysis, and weaponeering methodologies.
  • Familiarity with targeting tools and software, such as Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB), Joint Targeting Toolbox (JTT), or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of intelligence collection platforms, processes, and targeting tradecraft.
  • Understand ACC/A2 role in organizing, training, and equipping subordinate units.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for producing high-quality intelligence products and briefings.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting the 363 ISRW or similar organizations.
  • Understanding of Air Force senior level staffing processes.
  • Knowledge of mission support management and operational-level intelligence planning.
  • Knowledge of ISR Target Development (ITD/ATD).
  • Completion of a commercial, military, or U.S. Government targeting training course or specialized intelligence certification.
  • Familiarity with advanced targeting tradecraft techniques and methodologies.
  • Prior experience mentoring or training junior analysts in targeting analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Provide mission support management to ensure the effective execution of ISR operations and intelligence activities.
  • Develop and implement intelligence management processes to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support ISR Target Development (ITD/ATD) and Tactical Systems Analysis (TSA) to enhance mission planning and execution.
  • Perform Single/Multi-Discipline ISR Analysis to integrate intelligence from multiple sources (e.g., GEOINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, MASINT) into comprehensive targeting products.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality intelligence products, including target folders, weaponeering solutions, and collateral damage estimates.
  • Prepare and deliver briefings, reports, and other intelligence products to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and partners to synchronize intelligence management efforts and share best practices.
  • Maintain proficiency in intelligence tools, methodologies, and platforms to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with all security protocols, classification guidelines, and organizational policies.
