About The Position

Leidos is seeking Junior and Mid Level Multi-Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) All-Source Analysts for future and upcoming opportunities at JBLE. The role supports the USAF Air Combat Command’s ISR operations as part of a mission-critical Military Intelligence Program. The position is contingent on immediate backfill needs or newly available roles within the program. Analysts coordinate mission activities across multi-ISR domains, work with AF Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS) stakeholders and Analysis and Exploitation Teams, and provide analysis and mission-planning support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2–8 years of relevant intelligence experience; additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Proven skills in exploiting and reporting data from multi-domain sources, data mining, and utilizing IC databases.
• Current TS/SCI access eligibility.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.
• Expertise in domains such as Space, Human Intelligence, Electronic Warfare, and DoD/IC applications.
• Experience or skills in GEOINT, MASINT, SIGINT, ELINT, FISINT, HUMINT, or OSINT.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate mission activities across multi-ISR domains with AF Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS) Enterprise stakeholders.
• Collaborate with AF DCGS Analysis and Exploitation Teams (AET) on current operations, long-term and short-term analyses, and ISR mission planning.
• Provide expert insight into foreign military capabilities and defense issues.
• Address Request for Information (RFI) responses.
• Ensure compliance with AF DCGS tactics, techniques, and procedures, as well as applicable directives.
