About The Position
This role involves applying advanced analytical techniques to assess and improve screening operations, mentoring junior personnel, and maintaining a strong understanding of relevant laws and policies. The analyst will conduct in-depth studies to refine work methods and processes, evaluate and interpret intelligence data for customer requirements, and produce reports and briefings. Effective communication of complex findings to executive leadership is essential.

Responsibilities
- Apply advanced analytical and evaluative techniques to assess and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of TSC and partner screening operations, including organizational productivity and program performance.
- Maintain a strong understanding of relevant laws, policies, and regulations that influence program and resource management across interagency screening operations.
- Conduct in-depth studies and execute projects to develop or refine work methods, organizational structures, administrative processes, and support systems to improve operational outcomes.
- Evaluate, interpret, and tailor intelligence data to customer requirements using advanced research methods and automated intelligence databases, produce reports and briefings for internal and partner agency use.
- Effectively communicate complex findings to executive leadership through clear, persuasive oral and written formats including briefings, reports, charts, and other analytical products.
- Mentor, train, and support quality assurance for more junior personnel.
