Intelligence Analyst II
About The Position
This role involves instructing in various intelligence analysis and targeting courses, including the Joint CI Joint CI & Human Intelligence Analysis and Targeting Course (JCHATC), HUMINT Collection Manager Course (HCMC), and HUMINT Desk Officer Course (HDOC), as well as FVEY Exercises. Training and support may be required outside of standard hours, including nights, holidays, and weekends, based on the published schedule. Instructors must demonstrate proficiency in all evaluated tasks, apply advanced instructional methods and adult learning models, and provide research support to students during practical exercises.
Requirements
- Demonstrate satisfactory proficiency for all tasks and sub-tasks on which students in their respective courses will be evaluated.
- Apply advanced instructional methods and adult learning models to training during platform instruction, small group instruction, individual instruction, long distance learning, mentorship, and coaching.
- Provide research support to students during performance-based practical exercise planning and preparation time.

Responsibilities
