About The Position

SNA International is seeking an Intelligence Analyst I to support a national security customer and the International Information Sharing Unit in Vienna, Virginia. The role is 100% onsite. The analyst will help advance information sharing with partner agencies and support screening and identification processes. The position calls for strong analytical, research, writing, communication, and critical-thinking skills, along with the ability to manage time-sensitive requests and collaborate across agencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Three years of experience.
• TS/SCI security clearance.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent writing abilities to develop clear, accurate information-sharing products.
• Ability to support Program executives by preparing research-driven summaries, materials, and briefings for international engagements.
• Strong critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with foreign partners, domestic agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time-sensitive RFIs and notifications.
• Capacity to work collaboratively across the agency.

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting federal law enforcement, intelligence community, or national security missions.
• Experience working in multi-agency environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute and maintain unit initiatives, ensuring seamless implementation and ongoing sustainability.
• Coordinate and facilitate encounter-based requests for information (RFIs) and notifications to partner agencies to support effective information sharing.
• Exchange critical information to enhance the screening and identification process.
• Prepare research-driven summaries and other materials and briefings for Program executives supporting international engagements with other nations.
