Requirements
- Substantive work experience in IP litigation, particularly with experience in federal district court and/or ITC proceedings
- Strong research, writing and analytic skills
- Ability to work independently and creatively
- Ability to work successfully as part of a team
- Currently licensed, or currently eligible to become licensed, to practice law in the jurisdiction(s) where they apply
- Excellent academic credentials and references
Nice To Haves
- A degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Software Programming, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
