About The Position

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Intel Analyst II to join our team! In this role you will get to work on mission critical strategic intelligence reports.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree and 8+ Years of Experience; 4 additional years of experience in lieu of degree.
All Source analyst experience during the past 2 years.
Experience with strategic all-source-intelligence analysis, including the use of analytic tools to research data from multiple intelligence sources, and analyzing findings.
Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings.
Active TS/SCI clearance w/CI polygraph (w/DIA SEC issues).

Nice To Haves

Experience with authoring current DoD product lines and using ICD 203 tradecraft standards.
Experience with the Indo-Pacific AOR.
Ability to speak and read a critical foreign language at a professional level.
Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs, Political Science, Foreign Area Studies, or National Security Studies preferred; Master’s degree in International Affairs, Political Science, Foreign Area Studies, National Security Studies, or a related research field a plus.
Exercises and Doctrine experience for large adversary militaries.

Responsibilities

Conduct all-source analytic production on foreign military, political, and security-related issues, such as: Regional military capabilities, strategy, doctrine, operations, leadership intentions, and decision-making; Military leadership, defense and security policies, irregular warfare, civil-military relations, and defense relations with the U.S. and other countries.
Use Analysis and Research to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings.
