About The Position

E&M Technologies, Inc. is seeking an All Source Analyst (PIPR) to join their team in Alexandria, VA. This role supports the Defense Resources and Infrastructure Office (DRI), which focuses on cataloging and analyzing military and civilian infrastructure and defense-related resources. The goal is to support U.S. and allied planners, targeteers, warfighters, policymakers, partners, and acquisition officials by understanding the underpinnings of a nation's or group's military capabilities. This includes areas such as transportation, logistics, defense economics, energy systems, arms trade, physical vulnerability to weapon effects, defense industries, and the operational environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience or 7+ years of equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments.
  • Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Must have and be capable of maintaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance at the appropriate level.
  • TS/SCI W/CI Poly clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of experience with defense industries analysis such as industrial organization, production processes, foreign weapon systems and equipment, and their associated facilities and output levels.
  • Knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standards.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, validate, and prioritize dynamic intelligence collection and production requirements (PIRs/RFI) focused on foreign defense industrial capabilities, infrastructure, and weapon systems development.
  • Direct end-to-end intelligence production planning, tracking deliverables across research, acquisition, and testing phases to ensure timely dissemination to warfighters and national leadership.
  • Align all-source analytical efforts with broader strategic intelligence plans, integrating functional tradecraft and multi-INT inputs to fill critical defense industry coverage gaps.
  • Review finished intelligence products against strict IC publication standards and analytic tradecraft while mentoring junior analysts on production workflows, requirement planning, and briefing support.
