Common Room
$170,000 - $220,000Remote

About The Position

Common Room is seeking an Integrations Product Manager to lead the integrations and data-sync capabilities of their AI GTM Platform. This role is crucial for ensuring customers trust Common Room with their GTM data, focusing on areas like CRM and sales-engagement sync, webhooks, public API, provider health, error handling, and AI agent workflows. The Product Manager will work on both new capabilities (0-to-1) and enhancing existing ones (1-to-n), ensuring reliability, completeness, and currency of data. The position involves close collaboration with customers, sales and customer success teams, and a dedicated pod of engineers and designers. The role reports to the Head of Product and works closely with the founding team.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in product management, with at least one tour owning integrations, data sync, or a platform/API surface for B2B SaaS.
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), sales-engagement platforms (Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo), or webhooks.
  • Product management fluency with integration primitives like OAuth, webhooks, rate limits, and data mapping/object sync.
  • Track record of owning reliability as a product outcome (uptime, freshness, accuracy, error rates, incident triage).
  • Fluency with AI products, having shipped LLM- or agent-powered features in production.
  • A first-principles take on GTM in an AI-agent world and systems thinking.
  • Comfort being the directly responsible individual for customer relationships, running discovery, and translating feedback into specs.
  • Calmness as the escalation point when an integration breaks.

Nice To Haves

  • Opinions about AI evals and agent design.
  • Understanding of where AI technology genuinely helps versus where it's marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Define the integrations and platform strategy and roadmap.
  • Make reliability a product outcome, focusing on uptime, data freshness, and accuracy.
  • Ship AI agent workflows and APIs that move real GTM work across customer systems.
  • Own a small set of customer relationships directly and translate learnings into product bets.
  • Partner with engineering and design to make complex capabilities feel simple and self-serve.
  • Own the work through migrations, deprecations, enablement, and the feedback loop with Sales and CS.
  • Raise the bar on product craft across the team.

Benefits

  • Competitive base compensation with meaningful equity ownership
  • Health insurance including medical, dental, and vision, HSA and FSA
  • 100% employee premium coverage and 50% dependent premium coverage for health insurance
  • Unlimited Paid Time Off
  • Paid Company Holidays
  • Work from home policy including a laptop and support for home office needs
  • Monthly Remote Stipend
  • 401(k) self contribution
  • Paid Family Leave
  • Opportunity to join a diverse, passionate, and fun team at a pivotal time in the company’s lifecycle
