About The Position

As the second member of Ashby's Integrations Consulting team within the Customer Success organization, you will lead customer-facing engagements focused on complex technical projects for strategic customers. You will be responsible for defining, managing, and executing technical requirements for customers implementing Ashby with custom-built HCM integrations. This involves advising on integration best practices, technical configurations, and collaborating with customer experts to achieve their goals. You will leverage your knowledge of integrations and the products being integrated to help customers get up and running swiftly with Ashby and achieve their desired business outcomes. This role requires partnership with Product/Engineering, Implementation Specialists, CSMs, Sales Engineers, and other cross-functional partners. Ideally, this hire would be located in the EST time zone.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience managing and executing integrations with Workday, as well as other enterprise-grade HCM solutions like UKG, ADP, Oracle, and SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Experience defining work, aligning with stakeholders, communicating project plans, and delivering results in accordance with agreed-upon expectations.
  • Ability to keep the team on track to ensure milestones are met.
  • Adeptness at understanding customer needs and tailoring implementations to meet their specific requirements.
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships by maintaining high levels of engagement and communication.
  • Experience in navigating change management processes and helping customers adapt to new systems and a refreshed approach.
  • Solid understanding of a complex product (ideally Ashby) and its technical intricacies.

Responsibilities

  • Defining, managing, and executing technical requirements for strategic customers implementing Ashby with custom-built HCM integrations.
  • Advising customers with varying levels of integration sophistication on integration best practices and technical configurations.
  • Working with customer internal experts to best achieve their goals.
  • Consulting with customers using existing knowledge of integrations and products to integrate with.
  • Helping customers get up and running swiftly with Ashby to achieve their desired business outcomes.
