About The Position

Nemours Children's Health is seeking an Integration Solutions Engineer to analyze, design, develop, test, deploy, monitor, and support Oracle Fusion interfaces and related integration solutions across business and clinical systems. The role also leads resolution of complex technical issues through advanced debugging, research, and investigation in a high-volume, enterprise-level integration environment.

The engineer supports nearly 300 integrations across Fusion HCM, Financials, SCM, and PPM using tools and technologies including OIC, OTBI, BIP, HDL, BICC, SQL, APIs, REST/SOAP web services, and ATP. The position plays a critical role in HCM benefits administration, Financials period-close activities, and timely issue resolution. It requires a deep understanding of Nemours’ custom solutions to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.

Preferred locations are Wilmington, Delaware; Orlando, Florida; or Jacksonville, Florida. Remote work is an option with limited travel to the nearest corporate office. Candidates must reside in an approved state for telecommuting and be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; immigration sponsorship is unavailable.

Requirements

• Associate's degree required.
• At least 1 year of progressively responsible experience in a directly related area, demonstrating technical and professional capabilities.
• Acquire and maintain application-specific certifications.
• Strong hands-on experience with the Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) platform and knowledge of best practices.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, REST/SOAP web services, JSON, XML, and XSLT.
• Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud, HCM, or SCM integrations.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, mathematics, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Oracle BI Publisher and OTBI.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, develop, test, deploy, monitor, and provide ongoing support for Oracle Fusion interfaces and related integration solutions across business and clinical systems.
• Support nearly 300 integrations across Fusion HCM, Financials, SCM, and PPM.
• Lead resolution of complex technical issues through advanced debugging, research, and investigation.
• Support HCM benefits administration and Financials period-close activities.
• Resolve integration issues in a timely manner, including issues involving Nemours’ custom solutions.
