You will be the person who catches problems before operations feels them, builds the system to prevent them from happening again, and translate what you find into fixes that makes sure operations run smoothly. Requirements

  • Systems thinking ability to understand connections, failure points, and downstream errors.
  • Scripting and data fluency, including the ability to write scripts, run Jupyter notebooks, and query data.
  • Investigator mindset, comfortable working with logs, exports, and configuration screens.
  • API fluency to understand API field mappings and potential failure points without writing code.
  • Ownership orientation, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
  • Clear communication skills, able to explain technical problems to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to help create new processes.
  • HIPAA awareness, understanding of PHI handling and its importance.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience with Healthcare and EHRs.
  • Familiarity with FHIR R4 or HL7 v2 data formats.
  • Background in healthcare data, operations, or implementation.
  • Familiarity with CRM or health record platforms at the data or admin layer.
  • Exposure to MuleSoft or similar integration middleware.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure bidirectional data flow integrity between EHR systems and the platform.
  • Monitor production systems in real-time for anomalies and failure signals, acting proactively to prevent customer-facing issues.
  • Handle escalated EHR configuration issues that the operations team cannot resolve, performing diagnostics and determining appropriate escalation.
  • Build and maintain documentation for error patterns, diagnosis, and escalation paths.
  • Conduct structured reviews to identify and resolve duplicate records, stale data, and mapping drift.
  • Build and maintain monitoring services for data sync validation.
  • Own and validate the end-to-end data load process for new integrations.
