Requirements

  • 5+ years in continuous improvement, process design, or multi-site operations management, dealership or similar field-based environment preferred
  • Track record of piloting or launching new programs across multiple locations
  • Working knowledge of change management and process improvement methodology (DMAIC, 5S, process mapping)
  • Strong documentation and project management skills; comfortable building a playbook others will execute
  • Willingness to travel regularly to dealership sites across all three regions

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate proposed new programs and initiatives for fit, feasibility, and expected impact on dealership operations
  • Design pilot scope, success metrics, and stage-gate criteria for each new initiative
  • Run pilots at 1–2 sites in partnership with the assigned Multi-Location CIC
  • Document a repeatable playbook and refine it based on pilot results before recommending network-wide rollout
  • Serve as OpEx’s point of contact on every dealership acquisition, engaging within 48 hours of close
  • Capture and document practices the newly acquired dealership already does well, before making changes
  • Build the dealership-specific onboarding plan for PTG Standard Processes and transition the location into standard CIC cadence
  • Hand off proven playbooks and onboarding plans to Regional CI Managers and Multi-Location CICs for execution
  • Report pilot outcomes and integration progress to the Director of Operational Excellence
