About The Position

At Wellstar, we are a dynamic and innovative healthcare organization focused on delivering exceptional care to our patients and the communities we serve. As we continue to grow, our Brand and Marketing Team is seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented MarTech Integration Manager to support the strategic vision and daily operations of our website and app platforms. Reporting to the Director of Digital Experience, this role will assist in building and developing the MarTech platform and analytical insights to support the evolution of the digital consumer experience. This role acts as a critical support system for the Director, helping align integration and data needs across the organization.

The MarTech Integration Manager will be a key technical resource for guiding projects and assessing our marketing technology landscape through integrations and data mapping. This individual should be comfortable articulating technical requirements to business stakeholders and translating complex data into actionable insights.

Requirements

• Bachelors Computer Science or Bachelors Information Technology or Bachelors Marketing or Bachelors Advertising or Bachelors Business Administration/Management or Bachelors Other / Related Field
• 7 years additional - Additional years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of minimum education requirement.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in MarTech, marketing operations, or digital marketing roles with significant tech ownership.
• Proven experience integrating enterprise marketing technologies with content management systems (Sitecore, Adobe, Salesforce, etc.).
• Proven ability to translate between marketing, data engineering, platform architecture and analytics teams to connect marketing needs to technical data solutions.
• Hands-on experience with customer data platforms (CDPs) and MarTech tools, with proven ability to manage integrations for these systems across the larger digital ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of attribution, clean rooms, and measurement frameworks as they apply to a digital ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of customer data architecture, identity resolution, and real-time personalization.
• Robust experience driving optimization and enabling customer experience capabilities that advance the digital marketing roadmap.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions; and the ability to explain technical items in simple terms.
• Curious, adaptable, and passionate about leveraging technology to drive growth.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, data QA, BI/reporting tools and relational databases (preferred), with a strong grasp of CRM integrations and scalable data infrastructure.
• Experience managing complex MarTech stacks with an analytical mindset and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to identify, build, and report on critical data elements for marketing.
• Identify gaps in data integrations and help develop strategic enhancements through a compliant lens.
• Act as a key resource for system-wide MarTech integrations.
• Work alongside CRM team to prioritize and develop the Customer Data Platform (CDP) to help roadmap omnichannel digital experiences by activating customer data.
• Guide the architecture of marketing technologies with a focus on website, app and CRM platform optimizations.
• Support the integration and data maintenance of MarTech platforms in pursuit of an omnichannel experience (CRM, ERP, CDP, Data Layer, Google Suite, FullStory, loyalty programs, etc.).
• Assist in creating and maintaining documentation, including technical specifications, and process workflows, to ensure consistent execution across teams.
• Partner with agency teams and broader stakeholders to identify gaps in data collection and proactively ensure data quality across the marketing organization.
• Champion the prioritization of first-party data collection to support the organizations goal of a holistic health experiences that resonate with consumers.
• Proactively provide recommendations to improve data quality and ensure adherence to data standards.
• Conduct regular quality assurance (QA) testing to identify and address issues related to GA4 and GTM tagging structures.
• Design, enhance, and scale dashboards, visualizations, and automations to support marketing and business analytics needs.
• Support and deliver training sessions for stakeholders to improve data literacy and understanding of data governance practices.
• Assist the Director of Digital Experience in executing the overall strategy for website and app platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Work closely with marketing and customer experience teams to translate data needs into actionable insights that enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
• Partner with compliance and legal teams to ensure data collection practices meet privacy regulations and accessibility requirements.
• Collaborate with service line marketing teams to provide reporting and insights on digital performance for respective categories.
• Function as a technical liaison to support website and app initiatives as needed.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that all marketing technologies, especially the CDP, adhere to privacy and data protection standards (HIPPA, AIRA, GDPR, CCPA), and maintain secure data handling practices.
• Provide analytical insights on marketing content and offer guidance for optimizing content creation processes to improve customer journey through content effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain data lineage documentation for key marketing datasets to ensure transparency and traceability of data across systems.
• Assist in preparing reports and insights for the Director to present to leadership and stakeholders.
• Help identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement based on data analysis and user feedback.
• Evaluate competitors and research new approaches and tools for using data to refine customer journey.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
