As we continue to grow and deepen our market presence, we are seeking an exceptional Integration Manager (Clinical) to lead the seamless onboarding and integration of acquired practices, ensuring alignment with our clinical and cultural standards while supporting sustainable growth across the network.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in healthcare M&A integration, clinical operations, or clinical project management roles.
  • Demonstrated understanding of clinical operations, healthcare protocols, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance in a multi-site healthcare environment.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent clinical integration workstreams with competing timelines and cross-functional coordination.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with physicians, medical directors, and clinical leadership through periods of organizational change.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills with ability to build clinical playbooks, integration trackers, and quality dashboards.
  • Clinical acumen; ability to understand clinical workflows, quality metrics, and physician concerns to facilitate effective clinical integration.
  • Strong execution discipline combined with attention to quality and clinical detail.
  • High emotional intelligence; able to build trust quickly with physicians and clinical teams during periods of change.
  • Clear, structured communicator in both written documentation (protocols, status reports, playbooks) and live clinical stakeholder conversations.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity with clinical complexity while maintaining quality and safety standards.
  • Strong collaborator with Clinical Operations, Medical Directors, Quality/Compliance, HR, IT, and Finance teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in fertility/reproductive medicine, assisted reproductive technology (ART), or specialty healthcare.
  • Experience with EMR/EHR integration, clinical systems migration, or health IT project management.
  • Experience in a private equity-backed healthcare environment with active acquisition pipeline.
  • Familiarity with physician credentialing, licensure verification, and clinical compliance regulatory requirements.
  • Project management certification (PMP, CAPM) or Six Sigma/Lean healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the clinical integration playbook for each newly acquired clinic, covering clinical protocol alignment, quality assurance standards, EMR/clinical systems integration, physician credentialing and licensure verification, and patient care continuity.
  • Build and maintain detailed 30/60/90-day clinical integration plans for each acquisition, with clear milestones for protocol adoption, staff competency validation, and quality metrics alignment.
  • Coordinate clinical integration workstreams with Operations, HR, IT, and Quality/Compliance to ensure synchronized execution and continuity of patient care during transition periods.
  • Track clinical integration progress against plan, proactively escalating protocol misalignments, credentialing gaps, quality concerns, or clinical risks to leadership.
  • Support pre-close clinical diligence by gathering and synthesizing target-company clinical data including EMR systems, physician credentials, licensure status, clinical protocols, quality metrics, and accreditation status.
  • Identify clinical integration risks early (e.g., physician licensure gaps, credential verification delays, protocol deviations, EMR incompatibility, quality measure deficiencies, regulatory compliance gaps) and flag for clinical leadership and legal review.
  • Collaborate with Medical Directors and Clinical Operations leadership to translate diligence findings into actionable clinical integration workplans with sequenced adoption timelines.
  • Serve as the primary clinical liaison for newly acquired medical directors and physician leadership during integration, building relationships and ensuring alignment with clinical strategy.
  • Partner with Medical Directors, Clinical Operations, and HR to deliver clear, consistent clinical messaging to acquired physician and clinical staff throughout the transition.
  • Coordinate clinical onboarding activities including protocol training, EMR system training, quality standards familiarization, and cultural integration of clinical teams into the IVI RMA clinical community.
  • Support physician leadership in change management and anxiety reduction during transition to IVI RMA protocols and systems.
  • Ensure acquired clinics meet IVI RMA clinical standards, safety protocols, and quality metrics within established integration timelines.
  • Support Quality and Compliance leadership in validating protocol adoption, conducting initial quality audits, and establishing performance baselines for integration monitoring.
  • Identify and remediate protocol deviations, quality gaps, or clinical compliance issues discovered during integration.
  • Maintain clinical integration status reporting for Medical Directors, PMO, and executive review, including progress on credentialing, protocol adoption, and quality metrics.
  • Document and maintain a running log of clinical integration lessons learned to continuously refine the clinical playbook.
  • Support the PMO in tracking clinical integration execution against TOM and Transformation Program metrics.
