About The Position

This role is responsible for leading the integration of design and construction teams, setting project management standards, managing complex client engagements, owning design management and constructability, ensuring seamless handoffs from preconstruction to execution, and building the project management organization. The Integration Leader will mentor project managers, support talent development, and continuously improve integration workflows and delivery processes, drawing on extensive experience in design and construction leadership and Single Point Delivery expertise.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of experience in design or construction management with demonstrated leadership across both design coordination and construction execution.
• Strong background in project management of complex commercial projects.
• Deep understanding of the Single Point delivery principles.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and resolve conflicts constructively.
• Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Financial acumen with a clear understanding of project cost drivers and risk management.
• Ability to balance big-picture strategy with detailed execution oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of design and construction teams from pursuit through closeout, establishing clear roles, responsibilities, and communication protocols.
• Set the standard for project management execution across the portfolio, providing leadership and oversight for the Construction Project Manager team.
• Personally lead the firm's most complex, high-profile client engagements, serving as the hands-on project manager and senior relationship owner.
• Own design management and constructability across all project phases, leading constructability reviews and risk assessments.
• Ensure a seamless handoff from preconstruction to execution, confirming clear communication of project assumptions, budgets, schedules, and risks.
• Build the bench for the project management organization by mentoring project managers and staff, supporting talent development and succession planning.
