About The Position

At Paslin, we are focused on engineering excellence, innovation, and vertical manufacturing competence. We are seeking an experienced Machine Build Leader for our Machine Tool Integration team. This role will lead the layout, installation, and modification of automated mechanical systems for advanced manufacturing equipment. The position is responsible for supporting mechanical builders with leadership, training, and daily assignments. We are looking for a strong communicator, a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced, safety-first environment, and possesses skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.

Requirements

7+ years as a Senior Toolmaker or Senior Machine Builder
Background in integration of automated assembly systems with specific knowledge of mechanical and electrical build requirements.
Expertise in process improvement, lean manufacturing, and quality systems.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Must have reliable transportation for local travel and be able to travel to sites in USA, Canada and Mexico.

Nice To Haves

3+ years as a supervisor or team leader is preferred
Journeyman’s card or Technical Certification preferred
Weld systems knowledge is a plus.
