About The Position

EVERFORTH ECS is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Integration Lead to lead user adoption of an AI-enabled Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) defense program involving AI/ML development, data operations, training operations, and multi-stakeholder coordination. This role is ideal for an operationally curious and solution-oriented Subject Matter Expert who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys engaging with cutting-edge technologies and diverse stakeholders. You will lead a team from initial rollout of a capability to the full adoption and integration of a game changing technology supporting the warfighter in combat operations and be a key enabler to help the customer enhance the capability for the U.S. Marine Corps (USMC) for long-term sustainment. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across the Navy (USN), Marine Corps, commercial vendors, and traditional federal contractors to shape and execute adoption & training priorities. You’ll lead interdisciplinary teams, balance competing priorities, and ensure mission success through sound project planning, exceptional stakeholder management, and adaptive problem-solving.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Ability to travel 15-20% required. End User leadership engagements & additional travel per customer request
  • 15+ years of ISR experience with 10+ years of Intelligence or Aircrew experience and 5+ years of Group 5+ UAS experience
  • Familiarity with Electro-Optic and Infrared (EO/IR), Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR), Inverse Synthetic Aperture Radar (ISAR), Radio Frequency (RF) data modalities, Automatic Identification System (AIS) and Link 16
  • An understanding of Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (AI/ML) DevSecOps processes, taxonomy, ontology & computer vision models
  • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams across technical and operational domains
  • Ability to balance long-term strategic planning with rapid delivery of near-term priorities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in translating operational needs and military terminology from stakeholders to technical terminology for system engineers
  • Demonstrated success in high-stress, high-OPS Tempo environments with shifting priorities
  • Experience working in or supporting DoW or USN ISR programs

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Prime Integration Lead, integrating program development, training and adoption for an AI-enabled Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) defense program.
  • Work closely with technical teams and stakeholders acting as the central hub to define, track, and drive user adoption priorities, development, risks, training and timelines.
  • Coordinate with DoW customers, integrators, AI/ML specialists, and other stakeholders to ensure the UAS AI capability is adopted as a stable and extensible end user product.
  • Support deployment efforts, including aircrew and intelligence operator workflows, technical & network security protocols, and adoption planning/execution.
  • Act as the main liaison between end users, the DoW program office, program development vendors, and the government test squadron to ensure the adoption, testing, and integration of the system meets the needs of operational units.
  • Manage coordination between the government programmatic entity and the developmental test squadron, including RDT&E planning, flight test scheduling, test event execution, and post-test data analysis across government, vendor, and squadron stakeholders.
  • Facilitate regular customer engagement sessions, provide clear project updates, and proactively manage risks and blockers.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to planning, status reporting, and adoption milestones.
  • Manage subcontractors, vendors, and partners involved in the execution of integrating the UAS capability to the USN/USMC.
  • Oversee integration and training operations, including customer objectives & priorities, end user needs and concerns, and deployment of the UAS capability across multiple USMC operational units.
  • Provide coordination between the government programmatic entity, the Air Test and Evaluation Squadron, Marine Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Squadron, operational end users and program development vendors.
  • Create and brief operational vignettes of user adoption successes or failures of the system to the program office & engineering team to ensure proper development & priorities of the system are being made for the operational end users.
