Requirements

5+ years of experience with distributed modeling
5+ years of experience planning and supporting Marine Corps training requirements at the regiment level and below
Knowledge of Marine Corps Live, Virtual, and Constructive training systems
Knowledge of networks and networking concepts
Knowledge of the Marine Corps Planning Process
Ability to develop plans and support packages to assist Marine Corps units accomplish tactical-level training
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree in a Business, Engineering, or Leadership field

Nice To Haves

Experience as an Operations Officer or Chief of an infantry or other ground combat arms battalion or regiment
Experience on General Officer Staff or Joint Command
Ability to coordinate with commands to develop support plans that incorporate Marine Corps training systems
Graduate of a Marine Corps Expeditionary Warfare School or Command and Staff College or equivalent service level schools
