Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with distributed modeling
  • 5+ years of experience planning and supporting Marine Corps training requirements at the regiment level and below
  • Knowledge of Marine Corps Live, Virtual, and Constructive training systems
  • Knowledge of networks and networking concepts
  • Knowledge of the Marine Corps Planning Process
  • Ability to develop plans and support packages to assist Marine Corps units accomplish tactical-level training
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in a Business, Engineering, or Leadership field

Nice To Haves

  • Experience as an Operations Officer or Chief of an infantry or other ground combat arms battalion or regiment
  • Experience on General Officer Staff or Joint Command
  • Ability to coordinate with commands to develop support plans that incorporate Marine Corps training systems
  • Graduate of a Marine Corps Expeditionary Warfare School or Command and Staff College or equivalent service level schools
