About The Position

Element Electronics is seeking a hands-on IT professional and developer who thrives across the technology stack. In this role, you will build integrations, applications, and data connectivity solutions that support and scale our manufacturing operations. If you excel at solving complex problems, securely moving data, and developing modern applications, this role is an excellent fit. This is an in-person role located in Edina, Minnesota. The company was established in 2007 with the belief that every household should have access to TVs featuring cutting-edge technology. In 2014, they opened a factory in Winnsboro, SC, making Element the sole major television company assembling TVs in the United States. Presently, they continue to expand their product range to include electronics and home appliances, while consistently providing customers with products showcasing the latest technology, all at affordable prices.

Requirements

  • Must have 3+ years designing, developing, and maintaining middleware integrations connecting ERP, MES, CRM, and other manufacturing systems to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
  • Must have 3+ years troubleshooting integration issues, optimizing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver reliable, secure, and high-quality integration solutions.

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of experience with React/Next.js (JavaScript/TypeScript), ideally developing production applications.
  • Consulting experience, demonstrating the ability to work across diverse technologies and rapidly understand new systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or Jabberwocky is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Build scalable APIs, workflows, and automation pipelines that support production, inventory, supply chain, and quality processes across the organization (e.g., Workato, SPS Commerce).
  • Integrate NetSuite with third-party systems using SuiteTalk, RESTlets, APIs, and web services.
  • Drive automation and optimization efforts by streamlining processes, developing test suites, and ensuring strong data security practices.
  • Secure, validate, and prepare data for use in data Lakehouse’s as we transition to platforms such as Microsoft Fabric; opportunities for certification will be supported.
  • Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions, provide training and support, and document system and process changes.
  • This role requires adaptability and a strong learning mindset to stay ahead of the new technologies introduced in our IT buildout.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to own projects end-to-end.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience using Jira for project management and issue tracking.
