About the position
The job overview for the Integration Business Analyst role at FourKites is to plan, design, develop, and implement scalable business processes that expand the company's professional services offerings. The ideal candidate will have experience collaborating with different teams, working with customers, and compiling services data. They will be responsible for analyzing services data quality, building partnerships internally, documenting and educating internal customers on service offerings, and working with the leadership team to develop business metrics for monitoring customer impact. Additionally, the candidate should have experience with Jira for project management and possess strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing services data quality and ticket performance as well as other data management responsibilities
- Building partnerships internally with Sales, CS & IMPL teams to both support and influence strategic processes as well as identify, document, and evaluate service requirements and project scope
- Documenting, training, and educating internal customers on the service offerings developed/implemented
- Working with the leadership team to develop business metrics for monitoring customer impact - help prioritize and build features to improve these metrics
- Partnering with Sales & CS to identify key areas of improvement; appropriately drive initiatives to resolution
- Owning communication and coordination of project statuses across various internal stakeholders in multiple time zones
- Using Jira boards to organize work, plan team capacity, and monitor progress on engineering requests
Requirements
- Experience in working for/with customer-facing functions such as Sales/GTM, Marketing, Customer Success, IMPL and Product Support
- Skilled at using Jira for sprint or agile project or task management
- 3-5 years of prior experience as a business analyst
- Foundational knowledge of RESTful APIs, SFTP, and other common integration technologies
- Ability to independently drive initiatives based on analysis across multiple teams
- Strong team player with excellent business partnering skills, positive attitude, and a good work ethic
- Strong analytical skills in analyzing business data such as sales revenue, profits, adoption, productivity & utilization, etc.
- Ability to manage and juggle across competing priorities and work independently while meeting deliverables under stringent timelines
- Flexibility with work timings and the mindset to handle customer/prospect communications plus escalations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A foundational understanding of logistics operations
- Ability to creatively source feedback from customers, users, SMEs, data, internal stakeholders, internet, competitor reviews to inform Product direction
- Ability to creatively establish experiments to inform Product direction
