Requirements

Minimum 14 years’ experience in integration and test engineering roles
Proven expertise in system and subsystem integration, testing, and documentation
Strong analytical skills in test result evaluation and reporting
Solid background in hardware/software interface problem-solving
Experience developing and executing system-level test programs and procedures

Nice To Haves

Advanced proficiency in integration regression testing
Familiarity with industry standards for system testability and validation
Experience in cross-functional team coordination

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive integration and testing strategies for subsystems and systems
Translate customer requirements into actionable system test solutions within technical, schedule, and cost parameters
Define and document functional and technical specifications, standards, and input/output parameters
Resolve hardware/software interface challenges to ensure robust integration
Design, author, and maintain detailed test programs, procedures, and reports
Coordinate testing activities across programs and departments to achieve seamless execution
Analyze test results and prepare detailed evaluation documentation to verify and validate system performance
Conduct regression testing and write discrepancy reports to confirm resolution of issues
