Requirements

4–6 years minimum experience in a similar integration and test engineering role
Strong background in system integration, test planning, and documentation
Demonstrated ability to analyze, evaluate, and report on test results
Experience developing test programs and procedures for complex systems

Nice To Haves

Advanced knowledge of hardware/software interface troubleshooting
Familiarity with establishing technical specifications and standards
Experience in coordinating cross-functional testing activities

Responsibilities

Plan, implement, and maintain integration and testing solutions for subsystems and complete systems
Translate customer requirements into actionable test strategies, mindful of technical, schedule, and cost constraints
Establish and document functional and technical specifications and standards
Resolve hardware and software interface challenges while defining input and output parameters
Oversee integration of entire systems or subsystems
Develop comprehensive test programs and procedures, ensuring system testability
Coordinate system and subsystem testing activities with internal teams and external partners
Analyze test results, prepare detailed evaluation reports, and validate system performance
Create discrepancy reports and perform regression testing to confirm the effectiveness of fixes
