Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, materials management, quality, and/or process improvement.
  • Demonstrated Kaizen leadership and facilitation skills, with ability to influence across levels and functions.
  • Working knowledge of Power BI (data modeling, visualization, and performance management).
  • Experience with Power Apps or other low-code platforms to automate workflows and improve data accuracy.

Nice To Haves

  • Lean training/certification and/or Six Sigma certification preferred; experience with ITM, TPS, DBS, HOS, or similar operating systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Drive continuous improvement using ITM (Lean) fundamentals, strengthened through digital enablement.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to build a continuous improvement and digital mindset across the extended value stream.
  • Lead and facilitate Kaizen events using ITM tools (5S, visual management, daily management, standard work, value stream mapping, TPM, leader standard work).
  • Build and sustain KPI performance visibility through Power BI dashboards used in performance reviews.
  • Digitize manual processes with Power Apps (or similar low-code tools) for data capture, audits, and workflows.
  • Support ITM assessments, action plans, and process standardization to grow factory-wide maturity.
  • Lead cost-out and productivity projects using Lean methods and data analytics to validate and sustain benefits.
  • Coach leaders and teams on problem-solving, ITM tools, and data-driven decision-making to strengthen engagement and accountability
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
