We are seeking a Transformation Change Management & Communications Leader to develop and execute strategies for successful adoption of business transformation initiatives. This role will build the change management strategy from the ground up, focusing on driving awareness, understanding, and engagement through effective strategies and clear communications. The position will partner with leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to minimize resistance, maximize adoption, and foster a culture of transparency and collaboration. The primary focus is to integrate structured change management methodologies with strategic communication plans to ensure transformation efforts are understood, embraced, and sustained. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to translate complex transformation goals into actionable messages and activities that inspire commitment. Frequent travel to our Absorbent Hygiene companies will be required.
