About The Position

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Integrated Schedule Specialist to join their team in Tukwila, WA. This role involves developing, coordinating, integrating, analyzing, and maintaining an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements. The specialist will produce metrics for plans and schedules for moderately complex projects, programs, and change activities across the lifecycle of a program. They will also perform studies and analysis for planning efforts within and/or across programs/projects, organizations, or business units to determine impacts, constraints, and plans involving product development, production rates, production development activities, process improvement, or program initiatives. Additionally, the role includes developing the Integrated Master Plan, schedule, and supporting change incorporation plans related to integrated scheduling products. The specialist will integrate program plans and schedules horizontally and vertically across company functional, product groups, suppliers, and partners of moderate complexity. They will identify, analyze, and report performance variances to management and work with customers to develop and incorporate performance recovery plans.

Requirements

2+ years experience in a role that requires strategic planning (project/program management)
project management skills and tools
2+ years of experience working with cross functional and geographically diverse teams
Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Bachelor's degree
Aerospace or defense industry manufacturing scheduling experience
PMP and/or Scheduling Professional certification

Responsibilities
