About The Position

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Integrated Schedule Specialist to join their team in Tukwila, WA. This role involves developing, coordinating, integrating, analyzing, and maintaining an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements. The specialist will produce metrics for plans and schedules for moderately complex projects, programs, and change activities across the lifecycle of a program. They will also perform studies, analysis, and planning efforts to determine impacts, constraints, and plans related to product development, production rates, process improvement, or program initiatives. Additionally, the role includes developing the Integrated Master Plan, schedule, and supporting change incorporation plans, as well as integrating program plans and schedules horizontally and vertically across various company functions, product groups, suppliers, and partners. The specialist will identify, analyze, and report performance variances to management and work with customers to develop and incorporate performance recovery plans.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in a role that requires strategic planning (project/program management); project management skills and tools
  • 2+ years of experience working with cross functional and geographically diverse teams
  • Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

  • PMP and/or Scheduling Professional certification

Responsibilities

  • Develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains, an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements.
  • Produces metrics for plans and schedules for moderately complex projects, programs, and change activities across the lifecycle of a program.
  • Performs studies/analysis and planning efforts, within and/or across programs/projects, organizations or business units to determine impacts, constraints, and plans involving product development, production rates, production development activities, process improvement, or program initiatives.
  • Develops the Integrated Master Plan, schedule and supports change incorporation plans related to integrated scheduling products.
  • Performs integration of program plans and schedules, horizontally and vertically, across company functional, product groups, suppliers and partners of moderate complexity.
  • Identifies, analyzes and reports performance variances to management.
  • Works with customers to develop performance recovery plans and incorporates recovery plans where appropriate.
