About The Position

WXXV and ChartLocal are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Integrated Sales Coordinator to support our growing broadcast and digital sales operations. This role plays a critical part in keeping campaigns, proposals, sponsorships, and client initiatives moving efficiently across multiple departments. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, adapts quickly, and enjoys balancing organization with problem solving. This is not a traditional administrative role. The Integrated Sales Coordinator serves as a key operational partner to our sales, digital, creative, and management teams.

Responsibilities

  • Assist sales managers and account executives with proposal preparation, presentation materials, and campaign organization
  • Coordinate client assets, creative requests, and onboarding materials
  • Help maintain CRM records, opportunity tracking, and sales organization
  • Prepare contracts, insertion orders, and supporting documentation
  • Support broadcast and digital campaign setup processes
  • Coordinate communication between sales, creative services, digital operations, and traffic departments
  • Help ensure campaigns launch accurately and on schedule
  • Monitor campaign timelines, deliverables, and fulfillment requirements
  • Assist with campaign reporting and performance summaries
  • Organize reporting materials from digital advertising platforms and analytics systems
  • Help identify missing assets, tracking issues, or operational delays
  • Maintain organization across sponsorships, station initiatives, and sales workflows
  • Assist with station events, sponsorship fulfillment, and promotional initiatives
  • Coordinate logistics and communication for station-owned revenue opportunities
