About The Position

The Integrated Product Support (IPS) Analyst is a capable, productive contributor responsible for supporting logistics, supply‑chain performance, and program data analysis across multiple projects. Operating with moderate autonomy, this role applies working knowledge of IPS principles, policies, and procedures to solve moderately complex problems, improve processes, and deliver high‑quality logistics support for internal, customer, and government programs.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Experience coordinating across multiple teams and projects in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience interpreting program or logistics data and generating reports or dashboards.
  • Familiarity with IPS disciplines such as provisioning, Packaging, Handling, Storage and Transportation (PHS&T), BOM management, or repair tracking.
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience supporting aerospace, defense, or government programs.
  • How to read engineering drawings and work within 3D CAD tools such as Siemens NX.
  • How to break down a Bill of Material (BOM) for provisioning and conduct part‑number research for Logistics Product Data (LPD).
  • How to analyze logistics and supply‑chain data using IPS principles and tools.
  • Familiarity with U.S. Air Force Technical Orders and standard program logistics processes.
  • Experience with LSA activities and tracking Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS).
  • Broader skills in logistics toolsets, dashboards, and cross‑functional program workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze logistics and program data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Support supply‑chain performance, procurement, material planning, and logistics documentation activities.
  • Assist with provisioning, Bill Of Materials (BOM) updates, Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) tasks, and peer review support.
  • Prepare logistics reports, dashboards, deliverables, and milestone documentation.
  • Participate in Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings, logistics working groups, and cross‑functional coordination efforts.
  • Support logistics activities across proprietary, customer, and government projects.
  • Ensure logistics work complies with Collins, Government, contractual, and program requirements.
  • Provide 3rd‑party bid review support as needed.
  • Think and work independently with limited supervision.
  • Utilize organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
