About The Position

Establish, maintain, and implement an Integrated Management System (IMS). This role involves auditing and monitoring the IMS to ensure compliance with legal regulations, improve customer satisfaction, and meet the expectations of interested parties.

Requirements

• Quality tools: IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, FMEA/SPC/MSA/CP/APQP/PPAP, 8D, CSR etc.
• Other tools: ISO 14001, ISO 45001, RBA etc.
• Problem Solving/Analysis.
• Project Management.
• Communication Proficiency.
• Ethical Conduct.
• Time Management.
• A Bachelor’s Degree and two years in automotive Quality field IATF internal auditor, ISO14001, and ISO45001 internal auditor experience.

Nice To Haves

• A Bachelor’s degree and 3 years in automotive Quality field IATF internal auditor, ISO14001, and ISO45001 internal auditor experience.
• A Master’s degree and 2 years in automotive Quality field IATF internal auditor, ISO14001, and ISO45001 internal auditor experience.

Responsibilities

• Compile an annual audit plan according to company management and related parties' requirements, and submit for review and approval.
• Organize and implement audits according to the annual audit plan, and follow up on audit findings to ensure closure.
• Responsible for the effective control of Integrated Management System documents.
• Organize internal audits and be responsible for follow-up audit issue closure.
• Organize third-party audits and be responsible for follow-up audit issue closure.
• Organize customer IMS audits and be responsible for follow-up audit issue closure.
• Participate in the second-party audit of new programs.
• Responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of integrated management system training.
• Other duties as assigned by the Quality Manager.
