Integrated Business Planning - Kinaxis Senior Analyst
About The Position
We are seeking a Kinaxis senior analyst to develop, maintain and enhance our enterprise Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse environment. This role is responsible for Kinaxis Business User Support, ensuring data integrity, system stability, effective user engagement, and alignment between business processes and digital technology. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in materials planning, MRP/ERP systems (SAP preferred), and Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse with the ability to transform data into actionable insights. You will maintain daily system operations, resolve issues, drive continuous improvement, collaborate with Digital Technology (DT), and Infrastructure teams. Success in this role requires strong communication skills and technical planning knowledge.
Requirements
- Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
- 5+ years of working Kinaxis experience.
- Experience in materials planning, supply chain systems, or business process/system management.
- Experience with ERP/MRP methodologies (SAP preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and analytical/reporting tools.
- U.S. Citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities
- Provide frontline support to nearly 1,000 Business users
- Author, maintain, and modify Workbooks and dashboards based on evolving business requirements
- Manage and triage system issues including data discrepancies, MRP control table errors, and alert performance
- Transform and visualize planning data to support long‑range forecasting and decision-making.
