About The Position

As an aerospace engineer, you know leading-edge integrated Aircraft Survivability Equipment (iASE) and Countermeasure Dispensing Systems (CMDS) are critical to national defense. Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience researching technology and capability gaps in the areas of integrated aircraft survivability equipment and countermeasure dispensing systems
  • Experience with the ALE-47 countermeasure dispensing system
  • Experience troubleshooting ALE-47 performance and developing the next generation
  • Experience performing modeling and simulation of aircraft survivability across numerous U.S. aircraft and rotorcraft platforms, including electronic warfare, electro-optical, radio frequency, and ultraviolet countermeasure technologies
  • Experience analyzing aircraft self-protection equipment and sensors
  • Experience with countermeasure dispensing system hardware and sequencer operational flight programs software
  • Experience with mission data generator and mission date files software
  • Ability to develop models and simulations based on threat intelligence that improve aircraft survivability outcomes
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
