We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Intake Specialist to join our growing team at Altman Nussbaum Shunnarah Trial Attorneys. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, gathering important information and ensuring cases are properly evaluated and directed to the legal team. This is a 100% onsite position at our office in Boston, Massachusetts. We believe the best work happens when our team collaborates together in person.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort speaking with clients over the phone and gathering sensitive information
  • Ability to work onsite in our Boston office

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in intake, customer service, call centers, or legal environments is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to online inquiries from potential clients seeking legal assistance.
  • Gather key details about accidents and injuries while guiding clients through the initial intake process.
  • Accurately enter client information and case details into the firm’s case management system.
  • Work closely with attorneys and staff to ensure cases are reviewed and routed efficiently.
  • Provide compassionate and professional communication to clients during what is often a stressful time.
