About The Position
Emerest Health of PA is seeking an Intake Specialist for their Bedford, PA location. This role involves conducting quality assurance visits to clients' homes to assess care quality and ensure compliance with agency standards. The specialist will also perform initial intakes and home assessments with clients and their families, document findings, and report on quality assurance and supervisory visits.
Requirements
- 2+ years in homecare or healthcare (client-focused)
- Must be willing to travel within assigned coverage area.
- Must be in the state of PA.
Responsibilities
- Conduct quality assurance visits to clients' homes to assess the quality of care being provided and ensure compliance with agency standards.
- Conduct initial intakes and conduct home assessment with the client and their families.
- Perform quality assurance and supervisory visits
