Intake Specialist (US)-3
About The Position
The Intake Specialist handles incoming G&A submissions and inquiries, routing them to the appropriate G&A Analyst teams while meeting compliance requirements and regulated turnaround-time standards. The role is based in Lake Mary, Florida, and follows a hybrid schedule requiring associates to work in the office one to two days per week. Alternate locations may be considered for candidates within commuting distance of an office. The position receives member or provider requests by mail or fax, reviews and verifies their content, enters key information or missing data into the system, and routes submissions to the appropriate party within designated turnaround times.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Data entry experience.
- Experience operating basic office equipment, including a fax machine, copier, and PC.
- Basic software application skills.
Nice To Haves
- Microsoft Office software experience.
Responsibilities
